Therapist Peace received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University. In the past decade, Peace has worked with youths in various capacities and while working on her degree, she worked at the University Counseling Centre and at a behavioral hospital, where she currently works full time. Peace is a National Certified Counselor (#1584228), Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (#86358) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (#204313). Whether as an individual, couple or family, her therapy style is collaborative, holistic and tailored to your specific need. Peace is supervised by Jennifer Smothermon and specializes in a wide range of presenting issues including premarital, couples and family relationship issues, perinatal mental health challenges, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders.
